In a very demanding, challenging environment, Ludwig had the ability to see the big picture without being distracted from the constant demand for his attention. I appreciated his recommendations about design concepts and quite often he would disagree on design direction only because, in the end, he was right. His viewpoints often prevailed. Despite many years in creating collaterals myself, I certainly did not want a “yes person” when the direction was off the mark.

Ludwig has an eye for color, spatial placement, and design flow. This was evident in the packaging concepts he proposed and, with a few adjustments, all his work was accepted and put into print. Photography was also a skill he can certainly boast about along with his considerable ability to maneuver through complex software applications.
