Ludwig played an important and productive role on my product design teams. As a team player he is comfortable sharing his creativity with management and varying staff personalities. He drives team focus and effort to product success.

Ludwig was officially assigned to do artwork for graphical user interfaces, user documentation and packaging, however, Ludwig consistently provides more value than expected. In addition to being organized and task driven he puts time into thinking about the total solution, initiating discussions about use scenarios, potential conflicts and possible solutions.

An excellent command of design tools allows him to express unique creativity before the idea is lost. Given free rein Ludwig will generate ideas to excess, but happily he possesses the common sense and social skill to filter and re-focus.

His work experience in printing and pigments helps him pre-process technical decisions and keep revisions to a minimum.

I look forward to seeing more of Ludwig’s design and personality in the market place.
