This letter is my personal recommendation for Ludwig Ortiz. I have worked with Ludwig when he was employed at DENSO Sales California, Inc. in Long Beach, CA. I found Ludwig to be a pleasant and energetic person, tracking all assignments with dedication and optimism.

Besides being a joy to work with, Ludwig is a take-charge person who is able to present creative ideas and communicate the benefits. Ludwig has successfully developed several publication designs including and not limited to; Installation Manuals, Service Bulletins and various Power Point Presentations for North and South America territories. During Ludwig’s employment here we saw an increase of productivity, meeting critical deadlines and satisfying customer and office relations. The increase in customer satisfaction was a direct result of the plans implemented by Ludwig.

Though Ludwig was an asset to the Service Dept. Publications efforts, Ludwig was also extraordinarily helpful in other areas of the company. In addition to creating effective publications and or designs for Sales and Service Representatives, Ludwig assumed a leadership role in various department meetings, inspiring and motivating other employees.
